What we do

Sober doesn't mean sitting at home.

Fellowship

Show up, hang out

Dances, game nights, spring days, late-night diner runs after the meeting. Getting sober young is easier with people your age next to you.

Service

Do the work together

Our committee meets every month and anyone can join. Make coffee, plan an event, take a commitment. Service is how we stay connected.

Carry the message

Bring it statewide

We take Gainesville to FCYPAA every year, and we're working to bring the whole conference here in 2028.

The bid

Bring FCYPAA 45 to Gainesville.

We're building a bid to host the 45th Florida Conference of Young People in AA in 2028. We need hands, ideas, and people willing to say yes.

New here?

If you think you might have a problem with drinking, you're in the right place.

You don't have to be a certain age, and you don't have to have it figured out. A lot of us showed up confused, embarrassed, or sure we were too young to be alcoholics. Nobody here will judge you.

The best first step is a meeting. Young people's meetings are a good place to start, and any AA meeting will welcome you.
